I'm scared. There's been a series of murders lately. All female, between the ages of 25-30. It's all they talk about on the news. The "Den Tabte Monster", they call him. The victims always appear a couple of days after being murdered... Butchered, I should say. Could it be? If she were the next victim... At least something would've come up... anything... Right?
I don't know what to do anymore. I've called the authorities but the system is so corrupted in my city. Seems like no one is able to help me. I just... (Sigh-)
Can you help me...? Please...?

Fine game. Here's a complete walkthrough:
But please, next time consider engine limitations and DO NOT make such tight rooms on chasing events. Character moving is limited by the grid in such engines, so it cannot turn left or right before it completely moves on the other tile segment. i.e. is a nightmare to control. Enemies can hit you not only in a straight line but also in a diagonal (like king in chess). At least 3 tiles should be empty for a retreat move to make a turn.
And the code in the last chase is COMPLETELY unreadable. I only made it with the help of this page's comments... But it also contained an error. So, it's not 3214 as someone wrote, but 3124!

i can't figure it out with the last chase i know the code is written in blood it says 3173 but i dont understand why it isnt working, is this a bug or is it the wrong code?
im so confused, i put in the code for the chase with her girlfriend in the room with the curtain but it isn't working, the code was written behind the corpse but when i put it in nothing happens ive tried everything i could think of, any clues on the code would be very helpful im stuck

the code for the hospital is 7069, pay attention to the hospital room colors and numbers on the bed

game was good until what i assume is the final room with the body i tried all the combos of the code that started with 31 but i absolutely could not find out the code even though i got the killer stuck behind the curtain thing it would be nice if you could move/examine the body to get the code but other than this its a good game

The game seems really cool, however, It's super laggy in the hotel section, at least in browser mode.

well designed, simple, pleasing to look at, great audio placement, funny dialogue (not sure if intentional), smooth story progression, good job on the attention to detail overall.
Negatives:
Dialogue is unbelievable, everybody sounds the same, I'd like to see more diverse reactions, let personalities clash, have characters talk to each other more instead of giving us dry narrative.

I just started the game and it caught me from the very beginning!! The only thing is that the game wont let me save my progress. When I try selecting a slot to save my file it makes a sound and nothing happens.

Successfully finished the game!
The game never drops the suspense. The music used adds up panic, you have to think and solve puzzles faster. I also love the art style in the portrait and cut scenes. I encountered a bug (?) @34:09 (spoilers for new players)
she gets stuck on the carpet but I was able to find another way to continue the story. Maybe you could fix this in your future updates so no matter what side we stood on, the character will still go to the place she needs to stand on. This is the only bug I've encountered
I checked your website and found 3 more titles. One is a web series and the other is a twitter, the last one is indie web journal. Are you planning to make another game like Beta-2?

This game is so well made and in depth that I am just blown away. I can't wait to see future works relating to the world this game is set in. I feel like there is an overarching plot that the end of this game is just the start of.

Hi. This is a really awesome game! I played it in the browser. Unfortunately it gets stuck at the very end (I think). The killer is stuck on the carpet and it doesn't continue. Looks like some kind of collision issue. I don't know if this issue is in the downloadable versions. Hope you can fix this and I can finish the game. If you give an email address, I can send a screenshot where it's stuck. Don't want to post it here because of spoilers.

Hi! Played this game and am enjoying it so far, but really need help in a certain chase scene: won't spoil it for anyone else, but it's the chase scene after the forest and once you've gotten all 4 pages. I've clicked on everything, but I'm really not sure how to escape from this chaser! Please help.
